Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the specialized and custom nature of our Porsche aftermarket parts, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom & Special Order Parts
All custom-fabricated parts (including bespoke components for 993/964 models) are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.

Aftermarket Parts
Aftermarket parts are sold as-is. Please verify compatibility before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect purchases due to buyer error.
