JSK Tuning is based in Shanghai,China.Bespoke Elemental and JSK TUNING belong to one family.Bespoke Elemental mainly produces and sells products while JSK TUNING provides the hands-on restoration service in Shanghai,China.
Comprehensive Restoration for Air-Cooled 911, 993 & 964
JSK TUNING team has been wholly focused on resolving any detail problems and made the trouble-shooting during the entire restoration or tuning of each car all the time to meet the increasingly demanding needs from the customers over a decade.
Our restoration process for air-cooled Porsche 911, 993, and 964 models is thorough, meticulous, and uncompromising in every detail. We approach each vehicle as a complete rebuild, covering every system and surface to bring your Porsche back to — or beyond — its original glory.
What Our Restoration Covers
- Chassis & Suspension — Full inspection, rebuild, and alignment of all suspension components for precise handling and ride quality while we improve some original defects of 993 and 964.
- Braking System — Restore original factory brake to brand-new, upgrade brakes pads,discs with high friction and steel brake pipelines. Or with enough budget, upgrade to big calipers with multiple pistons, discs with bigger diameters, even upgrade to carbon ceramic brake packs.
- Steering System — Complete overhaul to restore factory-spec responsiveness and feel. Even exchange from stock belt-driven power steering to electric steering system for 993 and 964.
- Powertrain — Engine and transmission rebuild and upgrade to exacting standards, ensuring reliability and performance. Put 3.6 litre to 3.8 litre and 4.0 litre pack with ITB system. Experienced in transfer from Tiptronic to 6-speed manual transmission conversion setting with RS lightweight single-mass clutch flywheel and disc pack.
- Exhaust System — Restoration or replacement of exhaust components for optimal flow and authentic sound. Accroding to our rich experience on handling different sounds from difference brands for different cars.
- Bodywork & Panels — Sophisticated in turning Narrow Body 993 and 964 into Wide Body with both METAL and other composite materials' bodykit. (Welding job/Glue job/Sealing job)
- Full-Body Rust Removal & E-Coating — The entire shell undergoes professional rust elimination and electrophoretic coating for long-term corrosion protection.
- Paint — Concours-quality paint application following complete surface preparation. Use the distinguished paint brand of Glasurit from BASF GERMANY and the refined painting process of two-spray and two-bakes.
- Glass — All glass panels inspected and replaced as required.
- Rubber & Plastic Components — Seals, trims, and plastic parts renewed throughout the vehicle.Reduce wind noise and improve in-cabin quietness.
- Interior & Upholstery — Full interior restoration including bespoke upholstery tailored to your specification. All the interior materials imported from Italy and Germany.
- Carbon Fibre Interior Trim — Refined hand making of lightweight, premium carbon fibre weave components integrated into the cabin. Make your interiors as delicate as we can as a real vintage!
- Electrical Systems — Comprehensive inspection and restoration of all wiring, electronics, and control systems.
- Wheels and tires - Always help you get the best combinition of the wheels tires and your car in the most accurate data calculation.
